We are foodies, so we need to tell you about all that!

If you have never been to the Chatham Fish Market, you are in for a treat not only to your tastebuds but as a visual wonderland of seal watching! The chowder cannot be beat and we always take a cup by the water to watch the fisherman. Located on the easternmost point in Massachusetts, they are in a perfect spot. There’s no better way to enjoy a delicious lobster roll or fried clams right there.

When in Harwichport with it’s multitude of food choices (more posts on foodie fun in Harwich and Harwichport to come) we try not to miss The Port. Beverages are certainly tasty and we most recently tried the mussels scampi with garlic and wine which was the perfect end to a beautiful beach day!

While we were still house hunting we found an awesome place in Orleans. La Bella Vita Kitchen and Bar. We had such fun there with our friends from Chatam, Lieve and John. We also cannot forget to mention Toast to the Coast! Owner, Ron, came over to our table many times and told us how he ended up in Orleans. We are not going to share his secrets, go there and we are sure he will share his past and present with you! One thing we will say is that he adds brown sugar to his chop meat before he grills up his burgers and how sweet it is!
