200 years of house is a long time and on Saturday our home inspector checked all her bones. She is a sturdy one, our little Thyme House! Besides some cosmetics and regular upkeep, we seem to be good to go! It’s a terribly exciting time and one that we do not take for granted. The pandemic allowed us the ability to relocate just about anywhere, and we will at some point full time. There are a few silver linings.
For now though, we are hoping to start taking care of our sturdy lady at the beginning of the new year and start with some bathroom and master bedroom renovations/painting and then, hopefully, on to an entire kitchen makeover! We are not new to a total kitchen reno but still want to take our time and be sure we have the right people in place to help us on our journey.
